Thumbs up from a long time knee pain sufferer who is still an athlete. I was a little skeptical but found that these unobtrusive little patches do provide targeted joint pain relief. 24 hours later I can still feel the tingling of the herbs used to stimulate blood flow to the inflamed area. The price is a bit painful, but after 3 knee surgeries I am glad to find a natural, non medical topical pain reliever which is not stinky.

I have bone on bone. I use these Herbal patches daily. The pain relief they give is unbelievable. I also had plantar fasciitis. I used a patch for that on my arch of my foot. It gave me much needed relief from the pain.
